Arlington Management Group provides business lending services to qualified applicants. Our services are intended for business use only and are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Submission of a funding application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our underwriting criteria and approval process. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to decline any application at our sole discretion.
If you consent to receive text messages from Arlington Management Group, the following terms apply:
By opting in, you authorize us to send recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages about our financial products, services, and offers using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or use of Arlington Management Group's services. You may apply for and receive funding without subscribing to SMS communications.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
Specific terms, rates, fees, and repayment schedules for approved funding will be provided in a separate loan agreement. By accepting funding, you agree to the terms specified in that agreement.
All fees associated with your funding will be disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept the terms. We do not charge application fees, but late payment fees and other charges may apply as specified in your agreement.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Arlington Management Group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Arlington Management Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arlington Management Group from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
